We at AVES pride ourselves in everything we design and manufacture. AVES gear is built with some of the best fabrics, insulations, hardware and manufacturers in the world. While we strive to build our clothing and gear to withstand all of the harsh conditions we as hunters endure, nothing is completely indestructible.
We stand behind our manufacturers and the workmanship they provide.
AVES Lifetime Warranty covers any defects in AVES gear due to our manufacturers workmanship.
The original purchaser of an item is covered with our Lifetime Warranty and will be required to provide proof of purchase in the event of a warranty claim. This warranty is non transferable.
AVES Lifetime Warranty does not cover any clothing or gear with problems caused by any abuse or items being used for anything other than their intended use. We do not cover items that are damaged due to misuse or any acts of nature (flood, fire, moths, etc). AVES is not responsible for any items that have been stolen or lost. AVES warranty does not cover damages to items due to normal wear and tear or instances where you damage the item with snags, picks, stains, tears, holes, discoloration, burns, etc.
AVES Warranty Department will identify the damages and decide if it is a manufacturer defect versus damage that isn’t covered such as normal wear and tear.
In the case of a warranty claim, please contact us via at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the following information:
- Subject: Warranty Claim
- First Name, Last Name
- Order Number
- Item Number
- Reason for warranty claim
Upon receiving your email, we will provide you with the necessary paperwork to include in your return package. AVES is not responsible for any items returned by the customer that become lost, stolen or damaged in transit back to AVES.
In the event that your return item does not qualify for a warranty claim, the item/items will then be shipped back to you.
If your claim is valid, we will replace it with the same product, size, color, etc. Once your new product is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. In the event that the product submitted for warranty claim is no longer in stock or has been discontinued, we will give you the option for another product of equal value or a refund of the defective item. This refund will be issued for the product falling under the warranty claim only and will not include the original shipping and handling charges. Warranties resulting in a refund will be processed in 7-10 business days. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase.
